BOARD OF COUNTY CONIl~RISSIONERS
COIINTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLIITION NO. 90- 1 ~-~'

CONCERNING APPOINTMENT OF COUNTY REPRESENTATIVE TO
NORTHWEST COLORADO COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.-90-1, the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Eagle County ("the Board") made certain appointments to
various commissions, boards and councils for Fiscal Year 1990; and
WHEREAS, at that time the Board elected to defer appointing
the County's representative to the Northwest Colorado Council of
Governments; and
WHEREAS, the ,Board desires to~ make said appointment at this
time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT Commissioner George A. Gates be and "is hereby reappointed
as the Eagle County Representative to the Northwest Colorado
Council of Governments, for a term continuing to the first meeting
of the Board of County Commissioners in 1991.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the ~ day of February, 1990.
