BOX 179 EAGLE, COLORADO 31631 FAX (303) 325.7207 RE: Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS), and water well inspection for property located at: 0045 Angela Lane, Lot 2,-filing 2, Lake Creek Sub., Tax Parcel #2105-074-01-002. All loan inspections are completed under the authority of the Eagle County Building Resolution, Section 3.09.03, 13(6), adopted by the Eagle County Commissioners on October 8, 1985, amended June 23, 1992. A review of Eagle County records indicates that on 5/30/98, the ISDS was permitted under Permit Number 910. The system consists of a 1000 gallon septic tank, and 240 lineal ft. (SB2) leach field. This system is adequate to accommodate up to 3 bedrooms. On October 22, 1993, this department conducted a site inspection of the above referenced property. The inspection was requested by you for the purpose of evaluating the existing condition of the on -site ISDS and water well. The site visit conducted revealed no visible sign of ISDS failure. Obviously, this does not guarantee the continued satisfactory performance of the system. The water supply to this residence is from Lake Creek Meadows, a community water system. The community water system is inspected on a regular basis by the Colorado Department of Health and to the best of our knowledge complies with current drinking water standards. If you have any further questions concerning this inspection, please feel free to call me at 328-8755 or write. The purpose of our site visits was to inspect the installation. of ttte IJoot septic system, They installed the system in overall compliance with the septic system. design, Drawing No. 03015SD.DWG, dated June 9, 2004, as shown wi the attached as -built sketch. They installed a 1365- gallon, two compartments, precast, Five Bedroom Hoot Pre-treatment, concrete septic tank., axrd a Hoot Aerobic System.. Risers were installed on all four access openings to the septic tanks. Two building sewer lines were connected to the south end of the pre-treatment. tank. Cleanouts were installed on. each of the building sewer lines, between the house and the septic tank. The effluent line from the lyre-treatm..etit tank to the aerobic tank was double encased in a 4-inch diameter pipe that will also serve as a gravity overflow line in case of power failure. This line came out of the riser on the second compartment and entered the aerobic tank b.). the inlet precut opei)iza.g of the tank itself. The absorption area consisted. of about 970 lineal feet of Netaflm drip tubing with emitters at two - foot internals in, a configuration as shown on the attached as -built sketch_ The supply and return lines were double encased in. a separate, 3-inch diameter, sch40 tubing under the lined irri.gatio»./1and;capi.ng di:tcb, Also, the portion of the proposed open ditch from the cul-de-sac to the southwest com. cr of the absor7rtioit area was enclosed in a culvert in order to meet tiie county setbacks, The system. was tested and put into operation by the installers.
