An onsite inspection of the sewage disposal system was done on February 11, 1986. This inspection revealed that.the system is functioning properly with no apparent problems. This system was installed and approved under ISDS Permit #657 on May 30, 1984. Water is supplied by a private water system. A sample was taken and sent to a state certified lab in Vail, Colorado. Results are pending. Enclosed is an invoice in the amount of $25.00, the fee for this loan inspection. If you have any questions regarding this loan inspection, please contact our office.
