Box 1166 Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81602 Dear Sirs: An inspection of the water and individual sewage disposal system located at 4095 Highway 6 (Dotsero) was made on Tuesday, March 1, 1983 and revealed the following: The individual sewage disposal system was permitted on December 18, 1982 (Permit #592). A new disposal field was installed and approved by this office. How- ever, the septic tank was not replaced but appears to be working properly. This office recommends that the tank be pumped every three or four years. The water supply system appears to be constructed properly with good drainage away from the well housing. A bacteriological sample was sent to the Colorado Department of Health and the results should be avail- able from this office in about one week. if you have any further questions concerning this matter, please give me a call. An onsite inspection of the sewage disposal system on September 17, 1986 revealed that the system appears to be functioning properly with no apparent problems. This septic system was permitted and finalized on November 18, 1982 under Permit #592. Potable water is supplied by a private well. A water sample bottle was left with you for processing.
