Because of the limited use nature of the septic system you proposed and the fact that you would be required to cross several sets of tracks to.get from your site to a;service connection, the district is hereby waiving the require- ment to tie;into its system. If at such time you have a change in use.of- this facility, the district reserves the right to reconsider its waiver and require that you connect into its collection system.
