Poland: All water and sewage disposal system loan inspections are done under the authority of the Eagle County Building Regulations, Section 10, sub -paragraph 3-A, adopted by the Eagle County Commissioners, September 20, 1982. An on -site inspection on Monday, Plarch 5, 1934 of the above refer- enced property, revealed that the septic system appears to be functioning properly with no apparent problems. The original individual sewage disposal system permit #545 was approved in November of 1981 in accordance with applicable County and State regulations concerning such installations. Engineer A bacteriological water sample was taken at the same time and has Ext236 been sent to the Colorado Department of Health. The results should be available from this office in about a week.
