All installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations, adopted pursuant to authority granted in 25-10-104, C.R.S. 1973, as amended. 2. Building Inspection An on -site inspection on Friday, March 30, 1984 of the above Ext 226or229 referenced property revealed that the septic system appears to be functioning properly with no apparent problems. The original Community individual sewage disposal system, Permit #501, was approved in Development April of 1982 in accordance with applicable County and State Ext 226or229 regulations concerning such installations.
