Dear Ms. Gottlieb:
I inspected the septic system for the duplex at Lake Creek
Meadows on Lot 11, Block 6 on Friday, October 29, 1982 and
found the system to be operating properly.
The duplex has two separate septic tanks with one drain field,
80 x 20. However, an agreement should be made between the twc
property owners on the maintenance of the drain field. Other
than that, I see no problem in the operation of the system.

Dear Mr. Tyrrell:
All loan inspections are completed under the authority of the
Eagle County Building Resolution, Section 3.09.03, A(7) adopted
by the Eagle County Commissioners on October 8, 1985.
On August 26, 1991, this department conducted a site inspection
of the above referenced property. The inspection was requested
by you for the purpose of evaluating the existing condition of
the on -site wastewater disposal and water supply systems.
A review of the County records indicated that:
On October 2, 1980, the sewage disposal system was permitted
under Permit Number 460, inspected and approved in
accordance with County Individual Sewage Disposal
Regulations. The system consists of a 1,000 gallon septic
tank and 1200 square feet of absorption area. A visual
inspection of the septic tank and the ground surface
indicate that the septic tank and leach field are apparently
functioning satisfactorily at this time. Obviously, this
does not guarantee the continued satisfactory performance of
this system. XIt is my understanding that previous
complications have occurred with this system, possibly due
to blockages in the building sewer line. Without a direct
inspection of this buried line, I cannot evaluate the
condition of the building sewer. X

Dear Sirs:
All loan inspections are completed under the authority of the Eagle County Building Resolution, Section
3.09.03, B(6), adopted by the Eagle County Commissioners on October 8, 1985, amended June 23, 1992.
On August 7, 1992, this department conducted a site inspection of the above referenced property. The
inspection was requested by Tyrell Realty for the purpose of evaluating the existing condition of the on -site
ISDS and water well.
At that time a review of Eagle County records indicated that: On October 2, 1980, the ISDS was permitted
under Permit Number 460, inspected and approved in accordance with Eagle County ISDS Regulations. The
system consists of a 1000 gallon septic tank and 1200 square feet of absorption area. A visual inspection of
the ground surface indicated that the system was apparently functioning satisfactorily at that time.
On December 4, 1992, a new loan inspection was requested by Carol B. Lacroix, Closing Coordinator for First
Western Mortgage Services, Inc. Due to weather conditions and snow coverage a complete site evaluation was
not possible, however there was no evidence that the system was not functioning properly. Obviously, this
does not guarantee the continued satisfactory performance of the system.
The water supply to this residence is from the Lake Creek Meadows, community water system. The
community water system and is inspected on a regular basis by the Colorado Department of Health and to the
best of our knowledge complies with current drinking water standards.

On August 7, 1992, this department conducted a site inspection of the above nsferenced property. The
inspection was requested by Tyrrell Reaity for the purpose of evaluating the existing condition of the on -site
wastewater disposal and water supply systems.
A review of the County records indicates that, on October 2, 1980, the sewage disposal system was permitted
under Permit Number 460, inspected and approved in accordance with County Individual Sewage Disposal
Regulations. The system consists of a 1000 gallon septic tank and 1200 square feet of absorption area. A,
visual inspection of the ground surface indicated that the system is apparently functioning satisfactorily at this
time. Obviously, this does not guarantee the continued satisfactory performance of the system.
It is my understanding that previous complications have occurred with this system, passible due to blockages in
the building sewer lint. Without a dir.ct inspection of this buried line, I cannot evaluate the condition of the
building sewer.
The water supply to this residence is from the Lake Creek Meadows, a community water system, The
community water system is inspected on a regular basis by the Colorado Department of Health and to the best
of our knowledge complies with current drinking water standards.

Dear Carol,
All loan inspections are completed under the authority of the Eagle
County Building Resolution, Section 3.08.03, B(6), adopted by the
Eagle County Commissioners on October 8, 1985, amended June 23,
1992.
On July 2, 1993, this department conducted a site inspection of the
above referenced property. The inspection was requested by First
Western Mortgage for the purpose of evaluating the existing
condition of the on -site ISDS and water well.
A review of Eagle County records indicates that on 10/2/80, the
ISDS was permitted under Permit Number 460, inspected and approved
in accordance with Eagle County ISDS Regulations. The system
consists of a 1000 gallon septic tank and 1200 square feet of
absorption area (through utilizing lineal feet of loll SB2
piping). A visual inspection of the ground surface indicated that
the system is.apparently functioning satisfactorily at this time.
Obviously, this does not guarantee the continued satisfactory
performance of the system.
It is my understanding that previous complications have occurred
with this system, however, there was no visible evidence of failure
at the time of this inspection. Of course, this does not guarantee
the future performance of the system.
