COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 94
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CERTIFICATE OF PURCHASE
HELD BY THE COUNTY FOR NON - PAYMENT OF PROPERTY TAXES
Tax Lien Certificate #1990 -0487
WHEREAS, certain 1989 real
Schedule No. 629140 went to tax
struck off to the County of Eagle,
"the County "); and
property taxes identified as
sale for non- payment, and were

WHEREAS, the Eagle County Treasurer issued a Certificate of
Purchase to the County, according to law; and
WHEREAS, C.R.S. 39 -11 -122 authorizes the County to assign,
sell or transfer such certificates in such manner, at such times,
and on such terms as may be determined by resolution of the Board
of County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, by letter dated May 9, 1994, Jeff Tucker of U.S.
Title Co. notified the Eagle County Treasurer that he would like to
purchase Tax Certificate No. 1990 -0487; and
WHEREAS, on September 15, 1994 public notice was provided in
the Eagle Valley Enterprise of the Eagle County Treasurer's inten-
tion to assign said Certificate to Jeff Tucker, and to allow anyone
having an interest in this assignment to notice the Eagle County
Treasurer so to be given the right to an open bid with Mr. Tucker;
and
WHEREAS, the Eagle County Treasurer received no such notice;
and
WHEREAS, the Eagle County Treasurer recommends that said
certificate be assigned to Jeff Tucker for the minimum amount for
which the tax lien was struck off to the County, with interest and
costs accrued thereon from the date of original sale, together with
a fee for making such assignment, and for the taxes assessed
thereon since the date of such sale, plus the cost of publishing
the notice of auction upon its approval by the Colorado Division of
Taxation Administrator.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE. BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:

THAT, public notice pursuant to § 39 -11 -122, C.R.S. was
provided on September 15, 1994 in the Eagle Valley Enterprise
THAT, the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County,
Colorado, approves the assignment of Certificate #1990 -0487 to Jeff
Tucker for the minimum amount for which the tax lien was struck off
to the County, with interest and costs accrued thereon from the
date of original sale, together with a fee for making such
assignment, plus the cost of publishing the notice of auction, upon
its approval by the Colorado Division of Taxation Administrator.
THAT, such assignment will not be deemed valid unless and
until the sale of said certificate and the terms of said sale are
approved by the Colorado Division of Taxation Administrator.
THAT, the Eagle County Treasurer is directed to execute and
deliver such instruments as may be necessary fully to convey all of
the right, title and interest of Eagle County in or to such
certificates.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
