BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 94-
CONCERNING RE- APPOINTMENT OF
DONNA BLACKMER
TO THE
EAGLE VALLEY LIBRARY DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado ( "the Board "), by Resolution No. 92 -97,
submitted to the voters of the registered electorate within the
proposed district, the question of the establishment of the Eagle
Valley Library District within the boundaries of Eagle County,
excluding the Town of Vail and the Basalt Regional Library
District; and
WHEREAS, on November 3, 1992, the electorate approved the
establishment of said Library District; and
WHEREAS, C.R.S. 24 -90 -108 empowers the Board to make
appointments to the board of trustees of said Library District, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to re- appoint Donna Blackmer to
the Board of Trustees and Donna Blackmer has indicated her
willingness to be re- appointed to the Board of Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
SSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Donna Blackmer is hereby re- appointed Trustee to the
Board of the Eagle Valley Library District for a term from January
1, 1995 to December 31, 1999.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the day of 0nn irnduli , , 1994.
