1. All .installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations,
adopted pursuant to authority granted in 25-10-104, CRS 1973 amended 25-1-614, CRS 1973
2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with County Zoning and
building requirements. Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the building
and Zoning office shall automatically be a violation of a requirement of the permit and cause for both
legal action and revocation of the permit.
3. Section III, 3.24 requires any person who constructs, alters, or 'installs an individual sewage disposal
system in a manner which involves a knowing and material variation from the terms or specifications con-
tained in the application of permit commits a Class I, Petty Offense ($500.00 fine - 6 months in jail or

RE: Individual Sewage Disposal System Permit #404
Dear Ms. Shepard:
The Eagle County Environmental Health Department requires
that all applications for septic permits be routed to the
County Planning and Building departments for comment prior
to issuance of the septic permit. Bambi Kuehn's application
for property located .9 miles up Squaw Creek was routed on
12 September and re-routed on 5 October 1979.
Listed below are the comments and recommendations made by
those.departments. If you have any questions or wish to
obtain further explanation, please contact the appropriate
department.
PLANNING: APPROVED. For single family dwelling on
66 acres.
BUILDING: APPROVED.
ENGINEERING: APPROVED.
The Environmental Health Department has approved your permit
application. The permit will be mailed to Ms. Kuehn. This
permit must be posted on location of the proposed septic
system. Please call our office for final inspection before
covering any part of the installed system.
