BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 94
In Re LAKE CREEK VILLAGE DRIVE
Acceptance of Road
WHEREAS, on July 6, 1994 the Eagle County Board of County
Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as "Board ") approved the
Final Plat submitted by Faith Partners, a Colorado general part-
nership ( "Faith ") , entitled COTTONWOOD FILING No. 11 a
Mats pursuant to Section 2.19 of the Eagle County Land Use
Regulations; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Board's Certificate contained on
Sheet 1 of 3 of the Final Plat for Cottonwood Filing No. 1, the
County would not accept responsibility for the maintenance of the
roads dedicated to the public until such time as the roads were
constructed and completed in accordance with Eagle County speci-
fications; and
WHEREAS, Faith has represented to the Board that the public
improvements associated with Lake Creek Village Drive have been
completed, see the attached Exhibit A, and has therefore requested
that the County undertake maintenance of this road; and
WHEREAS, based upon the oral and written recommendations of
the Department of Engineering, see the attached Exhibit "A ", THE
BOARD FINDS that the public improvements associated with Lake Creek
Village Drive have been completed in accordance with Eagle County
specifications and acceptance of the road for maintenance by the
Board is warranted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT the County will accept maintenance of Lake Creek Village
Drive from Hillcrest Road and terminating at the cul -de -sac, for a
total of 0.80 miles.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the Z day of December, 1994.

Attached is a request for County acceptance of Lake Creek Village
Drive. We have inspected the construction and agree that it is
acceptable. Recommend acceptance of Lake Creek Village Drive from
Ind Drive to the end (cul -de -sac) , a distance of 0.80 miles.

RE: Lake Creek Village Maintenance Request for Lake Creek Village Drive
(formerly Eagle Crest Drive)
Dear County Commissioners:
The purpose of this letter is to formally request that Eagle County take over the maintenance and
repairs of Lake Creek Village Drive. Pursuant to the County Commissioners Certificate
contained on Sheet 1 of 3 of the Final Plat for Cottonwood Filing No. i (see attached), we have
completed all construction work on Lake Creek Village Drive in accordance with Eagle County
specifications. Said road construction has been approved by the Eagle County Building
Department and a one year warranty from the project contractor, Shaw Construction, are in
effect through August 1995.
Please let me know if any additional information will be required to finalize this maintenance
request.
