Tableing: The Fields Subdivision Preliminary Sketch Plan `� �` Vince Hooper,Community Development Executive Summary: The applicant is requesting a tabling for the Fields Subdivision, specifically Zone Change ZC-9136-2021; Variation From Improvement Standards VIS-9169-2021; Combined Sketch/Preliminary Plan SSP-9165-2021 and Areas&Activities of State Interest 1041 Permit 1041-9137. The Commissioners will consider the tabling of these files to a later date. Please note that this file has been moved from El Jebel to Eagle because it is now a tabling. It will be heard in the Eagle County Room at 500 Broadway in Eagle. Virtual participation is welcome,please see information below. Link will be available at the hearing start time on Aug 29 • Watch all hearings live at ECGTV Information from hearing on 8/17: The current Application is for a residential development with a mix of housing types providing up to 135 residential units. The Applicant requests approval of an Amendment to the Official Zone District Map(the "Zone Change")for the entire property from Rural Residential(RR)to Residential Multi-family (RMF). The current zoning district of the Property and the adjacent properties are identified in Figure 1: Zoning Map. The Applicant requests approval of a combined Sketch/Preliminary Plat Application,a Zone Change Application, one Variation from Improvement Standards, and a 1041 Permit(collectively the"Application")for a 19.39 acre parcel of Rural Residential (RR)zoned land located north of and adjacent of Valley Road, west of El Jebel Road, and south of and adjacent to Highway 82. ("Property"). The Property is identified in Figure 2: Vicinity Map. Matt Peterson,Assistant Eagle County Attorney, recommended tabling the application to a date certain so the public would be aware,given that during the previous hearing the file was tabled to today as a date certain,this would continue the prior valid notice that was issued. Vince Hooper,Eagle County Planner, stated this was a continuation of the August 17th hearing. The applicant had requested that the file be tabled until October 11th to provide them with additional time for research 1 08/29/2022 on transportation and for answering questions that were raised at the last meeting. Staff provided notices on the El Jebel building and reached out to the applicant and interested parties. Bill Gibson,Eagle County Community Development Director. stated that Jill Ragaller from their office was over in El Jebel just to ensure that if there was anyone from the public that came to the community center she could reach out to them. Commissioner Chandler-Henry noted that public comment would be taken at the next meeting after the applicant presented any new information. Chairman McQueeney stated that the applicant was not in attendance but did request a tabling in writing. Commissioner Chandler-Henry moved to table file nos. SSP 9167-2021,ZC 9136-2021,VIS 9169-2021, and 1041-9137 until October 11, 2022. Commissioner Scherr seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous..
