BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 94 - -/ ' 7 ' b
AUTHORIZING THE FINAL RELEASE OF COLLATERAL
FOR
RIVER RANCH PARTNERS
WHEREAS, on or about November 20, 1989, the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado (herein-
after "the Board ") , entered into a Subdivision Improvements
Agreement ( "Agreement ") with River Ranch Partners (Steve J.
Conger, General Partner) ( "Subdivider ") relative to River Ranch
Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 92 -165, the amount of collateral
was reduced to $10,049.00 for the duration of the extended
correction period for the road work; and
WHEREAS, members of the County staff have reported that the
improvements have satisfactorily survived the extended correction
period; and
BASED UPON the written recommendations of the Engineering
Department, (Exhibit A) the Board finds that the improvements have
satisfactorily survived the extended correction period, and the
full release of Letter of Credit No. 1192 in the amount of
$10,049.00 is appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby authorizes the full release of said
Letter of Credit No. 1192 in the amount of $10,049.00.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners

Subdivision Improvements Agreement
Final Release of Collateral
On Monday, November 7, 1994, Kerry O'Neill of the Road and Bridge
Department and I made a site visit to the above referenced
subdivision to inspect the public improvements constructed and
collateralized under the Subdivision Improvements Agreement.
We observed no workmanship or materials failures. We recommend
the remaining collateral of $10,049.00 we were holding for the
extended correction period be released.
