Chairman McQueeney seconded the motion. Of the two voting commissioners the vote was declared unanimous. County Board of Equalization 1. Resolution 2022-063 Regarding Petitions to the Eagle County Board of Equalization-letter correction Rhea Silverkorn, Administration Executive Summary: This County Board of Equalization(CBOE)resolution is for the Board to consider and approve the CBOE hearing officers recommendations with corrections to the classification on the letters for schedule numbers R068452 &R068453. Ms. Silverkorn explained the reason for the correction. Commissioner Scherr moved to approve the resolution regarding petitions to the Eagle County Board of Equalization. Chairman McQueeney seconded the motion. Of the two voting commissioners,the vote was declared unanimous. Commissioner Scherr moved to adjourn as the Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Board of County Commissioners. Chairman McQueeney seconded the le otion.
