* CONDITIONS:
1. All .installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations,
adopted pursuant to authority granted in 25-10-104, CRS 1973 amended 25-1-614, CRS 1973
2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with County Zoning and
building requirements. Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the building
and Zoning office shall automatically be a violation of a requirement of the permit and cause for both
legal action and revocation of the permit.
3. Section III, 3.24 requires any person who constructs, alters, or installs an individual sewage disposal
system in a manner which involves a knowing and material variation from the terms or specifications con-
tained in the application of permit commits a Class I, Petty Offense ($500.00 fine - 6 months in jail or
both.

Lot 2, Block 6, Lake Creek Meadows
Dear Les,
This letter is to certify that the sewage system to serve the duplex on the
above captioned lot will be engineered to meet all existing county and state
standards. The septic tank is oversized to 1,500 gallons. The water level is
about 8 feet below the top of the ground at the proposed leaching field location
which is 75 feet to.100 feet away from the nearest creek. All the underground
flow is to the North, however, which actually places the field about 500 feet.
from the creek. If Mr. Eric Edeen decides to modify the system as shown, we
will make all the required changes. Right now he is on vacation, but we do
need our building permit.
