Commissioner moved adoption
of the following R solution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COIINTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLIITION NO. 94-~yD
CONCERNING APPOINTMENT TO THE
CEDAR HILL CEMETERY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter "the County") is empowered by
Section 30-20-803 C.R.S. to make appointments to cemetery boards;
and
WHEREAS, the term of Josephine Morris on the Cedar Hill
Cemetery Board expired on September 2, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to extend the term of said
appointment and Josephine Morris has indicated her willingness to
continue her term on said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT Josephine Morris be and is hereby appointed to the Cedar
Hill Cemetery Board for another two years, said term expiring on
September 2, 1996, or until her successor shall have been
appointed.
THAT the Board finds, determines and declares that this
Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare
of the citizens of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the _ day of October, 1994.
