COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 9_�/_ -
IN RE THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF
BLUE LAKE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
For APPROVAL of a PRELIMINARY PLAN for the
BLUE LAKE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, FILING V
FILE NO: PD- 207 -93 -P
WHEREAS, on November 1, 1993, the Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County moved, read and adopted Resolution
93 -130. Said Resolution, nunc pro tunc the 12th day of October,
1993, granted approval the Preliminary Plan for Blue Lake Planned
Unit Development, Filing V; and
WHEREAS, an error in said Resolution incorrectly stated the
maximum number of dwelling units to be 70; and
WHEREAS, the correct number of dwelling units to be
conditionally granted is 90.
MOVED, READ, AND ADOPTED by the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, St of Colorado, at its
meeting held the /�'f�� day of 19,
