COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 94 - - IP - —
CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS TO
EAGLE and COLORADO VALLEY PLANNING COMMISSION
ROARING FORK VALLEY PLANNING COMMISSION
ZONING BOARD of ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, C.R.S. 30 -28 -103, et seq., provide for respective boards of county
commissioners to fill vacancies which may occur on their respective planning commissions,
building boards of appeals, and zoning boards of adjustment; and to appoint associate (alternate)
members to serve on said boards in the event any regular member is temporarily unable to act
owing the absence from the county, illness, interest in any matter before the commission, or any
other cause; and
WHEREAS, the Board now desires to make regular and associate appointments to these
boards and commissions, as set forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the following persons be and are hereq appointed as regular or associate
(alternate) members of the respective boards and commissions, with terms to expire as indicated,
or to continue until their replacements have been duly appointed:
Eagle and Colorado Valley Planning Commission
(Term to expire at the first Board of County Commissioners' meeting of the year indicated)
Regular Member - Victor Mark Donaldson 1997
Regular Member - Robert S. Tether 1997
Regular Member - Kathleen L. Heicher 1997
Alternate - Lewis Meskimen 1995
Alternate - Jeff Forbes 1995
Roarine Fork Valley Planning Commission
(Term to expire at the first Board of County Commissioners' meeting of the year indicated)
Regular Member - Barbara Shey 1997
Alternate - Peter Delany 1995

(Term to expire after the first ZBA meeting of the year indicated)

THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the 12th day of January, 1993.
