This being a scheduled Public Hearing, the following items were presented to the Board of County
Commissioners for their consideration:
Planning File - Eagle County Room
1. Tabling-The Fields: Combined Sketch and Preliminary Subdivision Plan, SSP-9165-2021,Zone Change,
ZC-9136-2021,Variation from Improvement Standards,VIS-9169,Areas and Activities of State Interest 1041
Permit, 1041-9137
TJ Dlubac,AICP, Contracted County Planner
Vince Hooper, Eagle County Planner, stated that the Planning Commission had to table the file until July
21st so the applicant requested a tabling of the file until August 17, 2022.
Chairman McQueeney asked if the applicant had confirmed the dates.
Mr. Hooper stated that the applicant made the request in writing for this date.
Matt Peterson,Assistant Eagle County Attorney, wanted to confirm that it was his understanding that the
applicant submitted a tabling request form.
Mr. Hooper stated that he had received the form.
Mr. Peterson requested that it be filed as part of the record and available for view on the county website.
Commissioner Scherr moved to table the Fields file no(s). SSP 9165-2021,ZC 9136-2021,VID
9169-2021, and 1041-1937 until the afternoon of August 17, 2022 in El Jebel.
Commissioner McQueeney seconded the motion. Of the two voting commissioners,the vote was
declared unanimous.
