of the following Resolution:
EAGLE COUNTY HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NO. 2022-01
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE EAGLE COUNTY
HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS AND
DOCUMENTS WITH A VALUE NO GREATER THAN TWENTY THOUSAND
DOLLARS
WHEREAS, the Eagle County Housing and Development Authority("ECHDA") enters
into agreements and executes documents in the conduct of its business and management of
various housing projects and properties; and
WHEREAS, ECHDA desires to authorize the Executive Director of ECHDA, to execute
agreements and documents with values no greater than twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) so
long as funds have been properly budgeted and appropriated for such expenditures; and
WHEREAS, any agreements or documents obligating funds in excess of twenty
thousand dollars($20,000) shall be approved by the ECHDA;and
WHEREAS, agreements or documents to be executed by the Executive Director of
ECHDA shall be subject to prior review and approval by the Eagle County Attorneys' Office;
and
WHEREAS, agreements and documents committing funds and executed by the
Executive Director of the ECHDA shall be identified on the next available agenda for the
ECHDA.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF
THE EAGLE COUNTY HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY:
THAT the ECHDA hereby authorize the Executive Director of ECHDA to execute
agreements and documents creating funding obligations no greater than twenty thousand dollars
($20,000) so long as funds have been properly budgeted and appropriated, and subject to prior
review and approval of such documents by the County Attorneys' Office.
