At the request of Steve, on August 28 and September 2, 1998, we visited the construction site on
Lot 18, Creamery Ranch, near Edwards, Eagle County, Colar&lo, The purpose of our siw visits was to
observe the installation of the septic system.
They installed the system in overall compliance with the Septic sYsteen design, Drawing No.
98(ASD.DWG, dated May 19,1998,
The system was connected to the main residence, at the middle jog on the north side. They installed
15 00-gallon, two compartments, U precast, concrete septic tank
Forty-eight, Stemdard hffiftr" Chambers were instaned, The first trench had 9 infiltrators, the
second 1.2, the third 11, the fourth 10, and the last trench had 6 Infiltrators, for a total of 48, Tine infiltrators
were connected with serial distribution. In the last infiltrator of 'each trench, iispeti,.tian parts were installed.
Horizontal distance from meter to center of the trenches, was 9 fed or m=. All piping was SDR-35. 4-inch
Pvc.
