BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 97 -_/30
CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE
EAGLE COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES COUNCIL
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article II, Membership, Section 2 of the
Eagle County Emergency Medical Services Council By -Laws, the Board
of County Commissioners shall appoint the members of the EMS
Council from the designated categories; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 93 -44 appointments and
reappointments were made to the Council; and
WHEREAS, at the April 3, 1997 meeting of the Eagle County EMS
and Public Safety Council, the Council recommended that the
following individuals be reappointed or newly appointed to the EMS
Council,. pursuant to the By -Laws:
Vail Valley Medical Center
Eagle County Government
Eagle County Sheriff's Office
Police Dept. Representative
Fire Department Representative
Eagle County Ambulance Dist.
Western Eagle County Ambulance
Dist.
Dispatch - Vail
Dispatch - Eagle
Joyce Morgan (reappointed)
Nettie Reynolds (newly appointed)
A. J. Johnson (reappointed)
Phil Biersdorfer (reappointed)
Dave Vroman (newly appointed)
Lyn Morgan (reappointed)
Thomas A. Kelly ( newly appointed)
Tom Collins (reappointed)
Sgt. Ron Prater (newly appointed)
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the above named individuals are hereby appointed or
reappointed to serve on the Emergency Medical Services Council for
the designated categories.
THAT the appointed members shall serve for a term of two (2)
years, or until a successor is appointed.
THAT, this term shall commence on September 22, 1997 and
expire on September 22, 1999.
THAT the Board finds, determines and declares that this
Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare
of the citizens of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
