of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 97-~~
CONCERNING APPOINTMENT TO THE
MINTURN CEMETERY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter "the County") is empowered by
Section 30-20-803 C.R.S. to make appointments to cemetery boards;
and
WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred on the Minturn Cemetery Board
of Trustees; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to fill this vacancy at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT James L. Witler be and is hereby appointed to the Minturn
Cemetery Board for a term to expire July 28, 2002, or until his
successor has been appointed.

THAT the Board finds, determines and declares that this
Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare
of the citizens of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the ~- day of September, 1997.
