HEARD AND DECIDED: July 15, 1986
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle
County, Colorado, organized as a Board of Equalization for the
purposes of adjusting, equalizing, raising or lowering the
assessment and valuation of real and personal property within
this County, fixed and made by the County Assessor for the
year 1986, and
WHEREAS, said petition has been heard before the County
Assessor and due notice of adjustment thereon has been given
to the taxpayer, and
WHEREAS, the taxpayer presented a petition of appeal to
the County Assessor's valuation for the year 1986, claiming
grounds for relief thereunder, stating the property described
in such petition was assessed too high, as more specifically
stated in said petition, and
WHEREAS, the Board has made its findings on the evidence,
testimony and remonstrances and is now fully informed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, acting as the Board
of Equalization:

1. THAT the Board hereby finds, determines and declares
that the 1986 assessment of Petitioner's real property should
be adjusted.
2. THAT the Board directs the Assessor to adjust the
assessment for the subject property as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, acting as the Board
of Equalization, that the assessment and valuation of the
Eagle County Assessor be, and hereby is, affirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Petition denied in part by
the Board of Equalization can be appealed to the Board of
Assessment Appeals, or the 5th Judicial District Court, Eagle
County, Colorado, within thirty (30) days of the entry of such
decision, § 39 -8 -108, C.R.S. 39 -8 -108, C.R.S. The appeal
forms and instructions for appeal to the Board of Assessment
Appeals can be obtained from: Board of Assessment Appeals,
Department of Local Affairs, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 518,
Denver, Colorado 80203.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, in its
capacity as the Co my Board of Equalization, at its regular
meeting held the day of July, 1986.

Gentlemen:
On July 15, 1986, the Eagle County Board of Equalization
considered your petition protesting the 1986 valuation for
assessment in accordance with the provisions of Title 39,
Article 8, of the Colorado Revised Statutes for the property
listed on the above schedule(s). Based upon the evidence
presented at the hearing, the County Board of Equalization
directed the Assessor to adjust the assessment for the subject

In the event you wish to appeal the decision of the Eagle
County Board of Equalization, you may mail your appeal to the
State Board of Assessment Appeals. Such appeal must be filed
within thirty (30) days of the decision of the County Board of
Equalization (Section 39 -8 -108, C.R.S.). All petitions to the
Board of Assessment Appeals must be on forms prescribed by the
Board of Assessment Appeals (Rules of the B.A.A., Rule 6).

District Court within 30 days of the date of decision.
