COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 86 -
RESOLUTION REAPPROPRIATING AND TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM
THE REVENUE SHARING FUND AND THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986; AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FROM THE REVENUE SHARING FUND TO THE MOTOR POOL
FUND; AND FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO THE
CAPITAL EXPENDITURES FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby authorizes a reappropriation and
transfer of $279,973.00 previously showing in the 1986 Eagle
County Budget under Revenue Sharing Fund, to Motor Pool Fund,
Light Vehicles Allowance; and
THAT, the Board further authorizes a reappropriation and
transfer of $170,000.00 from the Capital Improvements Fund -
which represents $100,000.00 from the National Guard Facility
Allowance and $70,000.00 from the Animal Shelter Allowance -
to the Capital Expenditures Fund, VOR Airport Allowance.
THAT, the Treasurer of the County of Eagle is hereby
requested and directed to take all action necessary to effec-
tuate the intent of this Resolution.
THAT, pursuant to Title 29, Article 1, "Local Government
Budget Law of Colorado," Colorado Revised Statutes, this
Resolution, as proposed, has been published in full one time
in a newspaper having general circulation within the territor-
ial limits of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
THAT, the Eagle County Budget Officer is hereby requested
and directed to immediately transmit an original or certified
copy of this Resolution to the affected spending agencies and
the officer or employee of the County of Eagle whose duty it
is to draw warrants or orders for the payment of money.
THAT, the Eagle County Budget Officer is hereby further
requested and directed to file an original or certified copy
of this Resolution with the Division of Local Governments in
the Department of Local Affairs.
