BOARD OF COUNTY
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 86 -_
DISPOSAL OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
OF THE
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 30- 11- 101(1)(c) and
(e), and 30- 11- 107(1)(a) and (e), respectively, C.R.S., the
Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter referred to as the "Board "), is empow-
ered to sell, convey, or exchange personal property owned by
the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, and make such order
respecting the same as may be deemed conducive to the interests
of the inhabitants; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to discard certain
personal property owned by the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado, identified in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference (hereinafter referred to
as the "Property ") for the reason that the Property is no
longer usable or saleable nor -of -any benefit to the County or
its inhabitants due to its extremely deteriorated condition;
and
WHEREAS, sale, conveyance, or exchange of the
Property is not feasible due to its extremely deteriorated
condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby authorizes and directs that
the Property itemized in Exhibit "A" attached hereto be
discarded by the appropriate Eagle County employees.
THAT, a copy of this Resolution shall be transmitted
forthwith to the Department of Grounds and Building Maintenance.

THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the public
health, safety, and welfare of the citizenry of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at
