HomeMy WebLinkAboutR86-086 trasferring funds from general to capital�A 3 i J Commissioner a 057/2F e/ -) moved adoption of the following Resolution: COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 86 - RESOLUTION REAPPROPRIATING AND TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986, AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE .�ia\iYV: \Yf51:ii�i.1� BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO: THAT, the Board hereby authorizes a reappropriation and transfer of $400,000.00 previously showing in the 1986 Eagle County Budget under County General Fund - Conditional Allow- ance to the Capital Expenditures Fund - Fair Grounds Expansion. THAT, the Treasurer of the County of Eagle is hereby requested and directed to take all action necessary to effec- tuate the intent of this Resolution. THAT, pursuant to Title 29, Article 10, "Local Government Budget Law of Colorado," Colorado Revised Statutes, this Resolution, as proposed, has been published in full one time in a -- newspaper - having -- general circulation within the territorial limits of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado. THAT, the Eagle County Finance Officer is hereby requested and directed to immediately transmit an original or certified copy of this Resolution to the affected spending agencies and the officer or employee of the County of Eagle whose duty it is to draw warrants or orders for the payment of money. THAT, the Eagle County Finance Officer is hereby further requested and directed to file an original or certified copy of this Resolution with the Division of Local Governments in the Department of Local Affairs. THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
