RESOLUTION NO. 86- �/ '/
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NEW SCHEDULE FOR THE
EAGLE COUNTY LANDFILL.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County
of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter "the Board "), deems
it appropriate to revise the current schedule of the days and
hours that the Eagle County Landfill is open to the general
public; and
WHEREAS, the proposed change of scheduling was published
in the Vail Daily, for two consecutive weeks prior to public
hearing, and The Avon - Beaver Creek Times the Eagle Valle
Enterprise, and The Vail Trail one time each prior to the
hearina. along with notice of the time and date of a public
to consider the proposed new s
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado:
THAT, the Board hereby adopts the schedule attached
hereto as Exhibit A for entry of the general public into the
Eagle County Landfill, such schedule to become effective as of
October 1, 1986.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commis-

The Landfill will also be closed on the following
legal holidays:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
*If a holiday falls on a Monday, Landfill will be open on
Sunday preceding the holiday from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 noon,
and on Tuesday following the holiday from 6:00 A.M. until 5:O0
P.M.
