BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 'I
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CEDAR HILL CEMETERY ASSOCIATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution dated October 4, 1948,
the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle,
State of Colorado, (hereinafter the "Board "), created the
Cedar Hill Cemetery Association District (hereinafter the
"District "); and
WHEREAS, the Board appointed three members to serve on
the Board of Directors of said District; and
WHEREAS, since the appointment, the terms of all original
and succeeding members serving on the District's Board of
Directors have expired, and the Board deems it necessary to
make new appointments at this time; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to § 30 -20 -803, C.R.S., the Board of
- Directors -- shall -- consist of three members with initial appoint-
ments of 'two -year, four- year, - and six -year terms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
SSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT pursuant to § 30 -20 -801, et seq., C.R.S., the Board
hereby appoints the following members to serve on the Board of
Directors of the Cedar Hill Cemetery Association District for
the terms set forth below:

Betty Jo Schmidt
Theodore Reynolds
Lois I. Walker
TERM EXPIRES
September 2, 1988
September 2, 1990
September 2, 1992
THAT, the membership of all other persons not mentioned
herein is terminated hereby.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its
regular meeting held the x % day of September, 1986.
