of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 86- %3
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
EAGLE CEMETERY ASSOCIATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution dated December 3, 1945,
the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle,
State of Colorado, (hereinafter the "Board "), created the
Eagle Cemetery Association District (hereinafter the
"District "); and
WHEREAS, the Board appointed three members to serve on
the Board of Directors of said District; and
WHEREAS, since the appointment, the terms of all original
and succeeding members serving on the District's Board of
Directors have expired, and the Board deems it necessary to
make new appointments at this time; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to § 30 -20 -803, C.R.S., the Board of
Directors shall consist of three members with initial appoint-
ments -of two -year, -four -year, and six- year terms. -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT pursuant to § 30 -20 -801, et seg., C.R.S., the Board
hereby appoints the following members to serve on the Board of
Directors of the Eagle Cemetery Association District for the
terms set forth below:

George A. McCollum, Jr.
Patricia R. Norman
TERM EXPIRES
September 2, 1992
September 2, 1990
THAT, the Board is accepting applications for the third
member required to serve on the District's Board of Directors
pursuant to the provisions of S 30 -20 -803, C.R.S.
THAT, the two members of the District's Board of Direc-
tors appointed herein constitute the entire Board of Directors
of the Eagle Cemetery Association District until such time as
third member is appointed, and the membership of all other
persons not mentioned herein is terminated hereby.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its
regular meeting held the day of September, 1986.

tion of the foregoing resolution. The roll having been
called, the vote was as follows:
