BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, TOTE i::F CCLO RI ADO
RESOLUTION NO. 86 -_
CONCERNING THE APPOINTMENT OF AN EAGLE COUNTY REPRESENTATIVE TO
THE NORTHWEST COLORADO COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS
WHEREAS; pursuant to Resolution No. 86 -1 concerning
various appointments and designations, the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado (herein-
after the "Board ") , deferred the appointment of an Eagle County
representative to the Northwest Colorado Council of Governments;
and
WHEREAS, the Board now desires to make such appoint-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado:
THAT, Commissioner John Francis Loughran be and is
hereby appointed Eagle County's representative to the Northwest
Colorado Council of Governments for a one year term commencing
January 1, 1986, and ending December 31, 1986.
THAT, any and all applicable provisions of the Board's
Resolution No. 86 -1 governing this appointment are hereby incor-
porated herein by this reference as if set forth at length
herein.
THAT, the Board finds, determines and declares that
this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and
welfare in the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.

MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular
meeting held the 20th day of January, 1986.
