RESOLUTION NO. 95 -
A RESOLUTION
DESIGNATING A CIVIL RIGHTS OFFICER
WHEREAS, by Eagle County Resolution 95 -08 the Board of County
Comnissi.oners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinaf-
ter "the Board "), made certain necessary administrative appoint-
ments and designations for the terms specified in the Resolution;
and
WHEREAS, the Board in its effort to ensure compliance with the
Sinvle Audit Act wishes to amend Eagle County Resolution 95 -08 and
desires to appoint a Civil Rights Officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUI
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Sue Eaton be and is hereby appointed Eagle County's
Civil Rights Officer, for a term continuing until her successor is
appointed for fiscal year 1996.
THAT, all other of provisions of Eagle County Resolution No.
95 -08 shall remain in full force and effect.
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that
this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and
welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the�day of November, 1995.
