The purpose of our site visits was to provide consultation for relocating the septic system and to inspect the installation of the same. The system was installed in overall compliance with the septic system design, Drawing No. 13-2905OWTS.dwg, last revision date October 4, 2017. At the time of the inspection we observed the following: They installed two, 1000-gallons each, one -compartment, plastic, septic tanks by Infiltrator, connected in series. They had constructed a cleanout at about 8.25 feet from the building, as shown on the as -built sketch. The building sewer line was about 82 feet. The inlets and outlets of the tanks had T's installed. The first tank (closest to the house) had 12-inch plastic riser over the first compartment and 18 inch riser over the second. The second tank had 2-foot risers over each of the compartments. The lids were at the surface. Seventy-five (75), Q-4 Plus, Standard Infiltrator Chambers were installed in four trenches, with 21 infiltrators in the first, 20 in the second, 18 in the third and 16 in the last trench. There was a minimum of 6 feet separation between the trenches. They were connected with serial distribution. All inspection ports were installed (in the first and last chamber of each row of infiltrators). The effluent line from the septic tank to the leachfield was about 6.3 feet long. There is no other warranty either expressed or implied.
