The purpose of our site visits was to inspect the installation of the addition to the existing septic system. They installed the system in overall compliance with the septic system design, Drawing No. 14-2934SD.DWG, dated June 4, 2014. They constructed a new, 1000-gallon, two compartments, a concrete, septic tank, as shown on the attached as-built sketch. They also constructed an effluent line from the new septic tank to the existing leachfield. The new effluent line was connected to the serial distribution pipe connecting the last two trenches on the north end of the leachfield. There was a cleanout between the septic tank and the new garage/office, and an additional two cleanouts. One of the additional cleanouts was right after the septic tank, and the other one about 100 feet after the first cleanout, along the effluent line, between the tank and the leachfield. The T’s in both compartments of the new septic tank were at least 14-inches long. There is no other warranty either expressed or implied. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
