All loan inspections are completed under the authority of the
Eagle County Building Resolution, Section 3.08.03, B(6), amended
by the Eagle County Commissioners on June 23, 1992.
As per our conversation earlier today, a loan inspection was
requested for 3323 Squaw Creek Rd. Lot 1, E.B. Subdivision, Eagle
County, Colorado. The inspection was requested by you to
determine certification of the on -site -wastewater disposal and
water supply systems.
On July 7, 1991 individual sewage disposal system (ISDS), permit
#1067, was inspected and approved in accordance with Eagle County
Regulations. The system consists of a 1250 gallon septic tank
and 600 square feet of absorption area. This ISDS was designed
to handle the existing 2 bedroom house and a 2 bedroom caretaker
unit.
Should a site visit need to be performed to satisfy your
refinancing requirements, a $200.00 fee must be received by my
office prior to the site visit.
The water supply to this residence is from a private well. The
property owner would need to provide the results of a water test.

RE: Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS) , and water well inspection
for property located at: 3323 Squaw Creek Rd. Lot 1, E.B.
Subdivision, Eagle County, Colorado.
Dear Sirs:
All loan inspections are completed under the authority of the Eagle County
Building Resolution, Section 3.08.03, B(6), adopted by the Eagle County
Commissioners on October 8, 1985, amended June 23, 1992.
On 5/06/93, this department conducted a site inspection of the above
referenced property. The inspection was requested by First Western Mortgage
for the purpose of evaluating the existing condition of the on -site ISDS and
water well.
A review of Eagle County records indicates that:
On 7/07/91, the ISDS was permitted under Permit Number 1067, inspected and
approved in accordance with Eagle County ISDS Regulations. The system
consists of a 1250 gallon septic tank and 600 square feet of absorption area
(through utilizing 200 lineal feet of 1011 SB2 piping). A visual inspection
of the ground surface indicated that the system is apparently functioning
satisfactorily at this time. Obviously, this does not guarantee the
continued satisfactory performance of the system.
The water supply to this residence is from a private well. An inspection of
the well indicated that it appeared to be properly constructed and located.
The water is to be sampled by the property owner and sent to a State
Certified Laboratory for bacteriological analyses. A report of this test
should be provided by the property owner.
