RESOLIITION NO. 95-~~
RESOLIITION
REGARDING
APPOINTMENTS TO
SICK LEAVE BANK COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Personal Policies in the Eagle County Employee
Handbook require the Board of County Commissioners ("Board") to
appoint two employees to serve as members of the Sick Leave Bank
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board has been studying changes to the structure
and organization of the Sick Leave Bank but such study has not been
concluded; and
WHEREAS, there is currently an application for sick leave from
the Sick Leave Bank and it is necessary that appointments be made
so that this application can be considered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Robert Slagle and Keith Montag shall be appointed to
serve as members of the Sick Leave Bank Committee until such time
as the Board completes its study of the Sick Leave Bank and makes
new appointments to the Committee.
