Bob is 7/16/2009 Andrew Jessen under the impression that everything at his property is in compliance. I told him I would research the building permit and send him copies of what we have on record for his property. Research Conducted As far as I can tell the only building permit for the property was 7/15/2009 Andrew Jessen BP-02480, and this permit does not appear to encompass what is currently on the property (4BR, 2.5BA + garage). In addition the only septic file I turn up for the property is IS-0114, also vastly undersized for the bedroom count. Phone Call Called Bob on the number listed on a business card he gave 7/1012009 Andrew Jessen me. Left a voicemail alerting him to the complaint and the nature of the allegations. Complaint Received In working with Mr. Kralicek on his various compliance issues, 7/09/2009 Andrew Jessen he raised the concern that Mr. DeHerrerra's property does not have a valid certificate of occupancy. I have only included what I perceived as relevant — mainly documentation indicating that your home does not have a certificate of occupancy and the septic system is inadequate to serve the number of bedrooms in your home. I would also mote that the building permits issued for your home do not appear to match what the Assessor's database has on record. The two permits we have are for a total of 3,900 SF of additions, whereas the Assessor has you listed at a total of 7,049 SF.
