BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 95 -_Np
APPOINTMENT OF THE
EAGLE VALLEY ENTERPRISE
AS THE
OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER OF
EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter the "Board ") , desires to make
certain necessary designations for. the terms specified hereinbelow;
and
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to designate an official legal
newspaper for fiscal year 1995 for,the publication of all County
business which, by law, must be published.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board does hereby designate the Eagle Valley
Enterprise as the official legal newspaper of the County of Eagle,
State of Colorado, for fiscal year 1995, and until further Order of
the Board of County Commissioners.
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that
this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and
welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, Stag of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the _ day of , 1995.
