Katie Kent, Community Development
Executive Summary: The applicant requests approval of an Amended Final Plat application to modify the
existing building envelope on the property located at 522 Saddle Ridge, parcel number 2107-114-04-002.
Michael Current with Current Architects and representative for the applicant stated that the applicant
wished to do an addition to a home built near an existing building envelope. He believed the request to amend the
envelope was inline with the standards for an amended final plat.
Ms. Kent, Senior Eagle County Planner, presented the application. The applicant was requesting a
modification to an existing building envelope to add 1,200 sq. ft. to the eatern side of the building envelope and
remove 1,200 sq. ft. from the western side of the building envelope. As the proposed amendment did not receive
written approval from all adjacent property owners as required by the Cordillera Subdivision PUD Guide, a public
process through Eagle County was required. No public comments were received. Staff's review of the
application found that the application met all the standards for an amended final plat. There were five standards
for approval of which staff believed the application was in conformance.
Chairman McQueeney opened and closed public comment, as there was none.
Commissioner Scherr believed the file was very straightforward.
Commissioner Chandler-Henry concurred with staff that the application met all the standards.
Commissioner Chandler-Henry moved to approve the Amended Final Plat for 522 Saddle Ridge, Eagle
