The airport will advise Idemia Identity & Security USA LLC of planned marketing efforts, press releases and Media Events. Idemia Identity & Security USA LLC expects a minimum 250 enrollments for a 1 agent 1 week event. Airport agrees to erect signage, directing applicants to the fingerprinting event location within the Airport. Airport may not reschedule or cancel the services within 14 days of the event. Any rescheduling, even if made more than 14 days of the original event date, may result in additional Mobile Convenience Service Fees. Airport is to provide a secure area (i.e., private, locked room) at the event location, large enough for Idemia Identity & Security USA LLC to provide the services. Airport will also provide i) a 6 foot table per enrollment station (Idemia Identity & Security USA LLC will notify Airport of the number of enrollment stations to be used), ii) power, iii) an office chair for each enrollment agent, iv) a chair for the applicant being enrolled and v) a privacy screen for each enrollment station (if more than one enrollment station is used). . Verizon 3G or 4Gcellular/data service is required. Airport will also ensure a continuous flow of applicants to facilitate completion of services within the allotted time. Airport agrees to use Idemia Identity & Security USA LLC as its sole provider of TSA PreCheck™ enrollment services for a period of 36 months from the effective date of this Agreement.
