of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO

CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
EAGLE VALLEY LIBRARY DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado ( "the Board "), by Resolution No. 92 -97,
submitted to the voters of the registered electorate within the
proposed district, the question of the establishment of the Eagle
Valley Library District within the boundaries of Eagle County,
excluding the Town of Vail and the Basalt Regional Library
District; and
WHEREAS, on November 3, 1992, the electorate approved the
establishment of said Library District; and
WHEREAS, C.R.S. 24 -90 -108 provides that the Board make initial
appointments to the board of trustees of the Library District, and
the Board desires to make such appointments at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT the following persons be and are hereby appointed
Trustees to the Board of the Eagle Valley Library District, for
terms to expire on the dates indicated, or until their respective
successors shall have been appointed:
Pamela Holmes -Boyd December 31, 1993
Donna Blackmer December 31, 1994
Judy Yoder December 31, 1995
Margo Lorig December 31, 1996
Charlynn Williams December 31, 1997

MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County oEagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
