Mountain Youth Partner: ECO Transit Funding Amount: $3,000 Agreement Period: July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022 O�GER TOG�/C Scope of Work: Operate the Safe Ride program, providing a safe and sober option for members of the Eagle River Valley who are too impaired to drive home safely. ECO Transit office will keep track of used bracelets and report monthly to Mountain Youth staff. Chayanne Chavez • Drivers and ECO Transit will report any concerns to Mountain Youth staff as soon as they arise. Joel Barndt Joey Staufer Mountain Youth Deliverables: Mountain Youth is expected to provide funding to pay for rider fares, Kevin Armitage Kristi Grems purchase Safe Ride bracelets and distribute to local establishments, market and promote the Megan Vogt program, and monitor program use, effectiveness and quality improvement processes. Mountain Rudy Boock Youth will report to all parties the program outcomes and will convene partners as necessary to Steele McClinton monitor and improve the program. Mountain Youth will also pursue sustainable funding partners to maintain the program beyond the grant period. Mountain Youth Expectations include: • Purchase bulk, discounted bus fare passes • Purchase Safe Ride bracelets and distribute to local establishments on or near ECO Transit bus routes, educate establishment employees, and provide signage to promote the program for each establishment. • Conduct marketing and outreach efforts to raise awareness about the program and encourage utilization. • Monitor program use and implement quality improvement processes. • Maintain ongoing and consistent communication between all parties, convening meetings when necessary. • Addressing concerns as they arise and ensuring all parties are heard and needs are addressed. • Pursue sustainable funding sources and partners to maintain the program beyond the grant period ending June 30, 2022. Parties certify that they have read the agreement, understand each agency's expectations and scope of work set forth herein, and agree to comply.
