Scope of Work: Operate the Safe Ride program, providing a safe and sober option for members of
the Eagle River Valley who are too impaired to drive home safely.
ECO Transit Deliverables: ECO Transit is expected to provide rides to consumers who have received a

Mountain Youth Deliverables: Mountain Youth is expected to provide funding to pay for rider fares,

monitor and improve the program. Mountain Youth will also pursue sustainable funding partners to
maintain the program beyond the grant period.
Mountain Youth Expectations include:
• Purchase bulk, discounted bus fare passes
• Purchase Safe Ride bracelets and distribute to local establishments on or near ECO Transit bus
routes, educate establishment employees, and provide signage to promote the program for each
establishment.
• Conduct marketing and outreach efforts to raise awareness about the program and encourage
utilization.
• Monitor program use and implement quality improvement processes.
• Maintain ongoing and consistent communication between all parties, convening meetings when
necessary.
• Addressing concerns as they arise and ensuring all parties are heard and needs are addressed.
• Pursue sustainable funding sources and partners to maintain the program beyond the grant period
ending June 30, 2022.

• Create a sustainable program that is recognized and utilized by individuals in the Eagle River Valley

This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any given time by providing a written notice to
the other party 30 days prior to terminating the Agreement.
Parties certify that they have read the agreement, understand each agency's expectations and scope
of work set forth herein, and agree to comply. Agreement shall be reviewed by the parties for future
terms, contingent upon renewed funding.
