of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMIVIISSIONIItS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION N0.92- C~ ~
APPOINTING PHIL FREEDMAN, M.D., AS
EAGLE COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICER
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 25-1-610, C.R.S., the Boazd of County Commissioners
of Eagle County, Colorado ("the Boazd"), in its capacity as the County Boazd of Health, shall
appoint one or more physicians to the Boazd of Health, who shall be the health officer(s) of the
County; and
WHEREAS, Ross W. Armour, M.D., has resigned as Eagle County Public Health
Officer effective December 1, 1992; and
WHEREREAS, Phil Freedman, M.D., of Vail Mountain Medical, P.C., has indicated his
willingness to accept the appointment as Eagle County Public Health Officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMIVIISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Phil Freedman, M.D., be and is hereby appointed Eagle County Public Health
Officer, effective immediately, until further action of the Boazd.
THAT, the Boazd hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the public health, safety and welfaze of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Boazd of County Commissioner of the County
of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the 30th day of November, 1992.
