COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO.92- di
ADOPTION OF GUIDELINES AND APPOINTMENT
OF COORDINATOR FOR COMPLIANCE OF
THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter "the Board "), is required to comply with the Americans With Disabilities
Act by appointing a coordinator and adopting guidelines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Judy White House be and is hereby appointed the ADA Coordinator for Eagle
County.
THAT, the Board hereby adopts the Americans With Disabilities Act Accessibility
Guidelines (ADAAG).
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.
