201225232, Eagle County Clerk and Recorder), Eagle County is required to approve any amendments to
it in writing. After review, Eagle County finds that the proposed "First Amendment to Colorado River
Ranch Deed of Conservation Easement, Eagle County, Colorado" meets the amendment requirements
in Section 11 and hereby approves it.
