§§ 1-13.5-502; 32-1-911, C.R.S.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly, to the eligible electors of the Buckhorn
Valley Metropolitan District No. 2 (the “District”) in Eagle County, Colorado:
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of an election to be conducted on Tuesday, June 29,
2021, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., which election will be conducted by mail ballot by the
Designated Election Official, Jennifer L. Ivey, and by the Deputy Designated Election Official,
Sue Blair, c/o Community Resource Services of Colorado, LLC, 7995 East Prentice Avenue, Suite
103E, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, (303) 381-4960. Mail ballots will be mailed to eligible
electors between 22 and 15 days prior to the election date. Voted ballots may be returned to
Community Resource Services of Colorado, LLC, 7995 East Prentice Avenue, Suite 103E,
Greenwood Village, CO 80111, which drop off location will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday beginning at least 22 days prior to election day (June 7, 2021), and which
drop off and polling place location will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the day of the
election (June 29, 2021).
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said election, the eligible electors of the District shall
vote on the recall of Anna Maria Ray, David Garton, and John Hill from the Offices of Director,
Board of Directors of the District. No successor candidates were duly nominated and no person
properly filed an affidavit of intent to be a write on candidate in accordance with Section 32-1-911(4),
C.R.S.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said election, the eligible electors of the District shall
vote on the following ballot questions:
Ballot Question 6A (Recall of Anna Maria Ray)
Ballot Question 6B (Successor Candidate for Recall of Anna Maria Ray)
There are no candidates for this office.
Ballot Question 6C (Recall of David Garton)
Ballot Question 6D (Successor Candidate for Recall of David Garton)
There are no candidates for this office.
Ballot Question 6E (Recall of John Hill)
Ballot Question 6F (Successor Candidate for Recall of John Hill)
There are no candidates for this office.
