CHANGE IN PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Extends the expiration date of the Collection Agreement to December
31, 2021.
CHANGE IN FUNDING: Parties agree that any “carry-over” funding from the previous calendar year (e.g., 2020)
may be utilized by the U.S. Forest Service for activities and projects in the next Calendar year (e.g., 2021).

According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information
