The Eagle Valley Trail is a highly-valued amenity for residents  and visitors of Eagle County. A comprehensive, strategically planned and thoughtfully designed  signage plan will make the trail more user-friendly and bring greater awareness to ECO Trails and its  many stakeholders and partners.     Our team is very well suited for this project.     ●Amy L Cassidy Consulting recently completed the design and installation of a trail signage  plan for the Bureau of Land Management Hardscrabble Special Recreation Management Area  for the town of Gypsum. This comprehensive project involved a variety of stakeholders  including the BLM; USFS; motorized, mechanized, trail running/hiking and equestrian user  groups; adjacent property owners; the grazing permittee; and numerous other interested  parties. Outreach included in-person meetings, surveys, a dedicated website, and site visits. The  project encompassed the development of trail maps and a signage plan; design and production  of trail sign kiosks; directional wayfinding signs; and “you are here” cross sections of the trail  map. Our team worked with the town of Gypsum Public Works Department, the BLM and a  team of volunteers to install the signs on Hardscrabble SRMA.   ●I was a member of the team that completed the management plan for Brush Creek Valley  Ranch and Open Space with the Eagle County Open Space staff. The project was recognized  by many partners for its extensive and inclusive stakeholder and community outreach, as well  as its insightful and forward-thinking planning.   ●As a member of the town of Eagle staff, and subsequently as a consultant, I worked with the  town’s open space department, elected officials and the local trail advocacy group to design  and install trail signs for the town of Eagle’s trail network.   ●Years ago, I worked with Colorado Mountain Express (now Epic Express) to launch their  engaging, educational campaign on the ski racks on the backs of the CME vans. I mention this  because the campaign was very similar to the ideas we discussed regarding the trail etiquette  signs, incorporating humor and quick messaging.     Kevin, thank you again for considering our team for this work. It would be an honor, and a lot of fun,  to work with you to enhance the signage on the Eagle Valley Trail.      DocuSign Envelope ID: F6756843-22C9-44FE-B508-03377DC8159A Eagle Valley Trail Signs Design and Plan   Project Deliverables    1. Sign Plan   Comprehensive sign plan, map and schematic for the entire Eagle Valley Trail to include:   ●Fun trail etiquette reminders   ●Wayfinding signage   ●Jurisdictional boundary markers   ●Additional safety and regulatory signs on Vail Pass  ●Trail End warning and directional signs when the paved trail segment ends and users are  directed to shared road or unpaved trails  ●Other potential signs as determined by field work     3.
