Commissioner Scherr moved adoption of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO.2020- 101
AMENDED ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS RESOLUTION
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado
hereinafter"the Board"), made certain necessary administrative, appointments and designations
as set forth in Resolution No. 2020 - 062 for the terms specified therein for fiscal year 2020
Appointments Resolution"); and
WHEREAS, following the adoption of the 2020 Appointments Resolution,the Board
determined that it was necessary to change the Eagle County representatives to the Mental
Health Advisory Committee to remove members of the Committee and to instead designate
certain members of the community; and
WHEREAS, such amended appointments are set forth herein; and
WHEREAS, such appointments do not constitute contractual obligations of the County of Eagle
nor of the Board, and the County and the Board are not legally bound for the respective terms of
appointment as specified herein below,the County, by and through the Board, having the
authority, in its sole discretion,to change, add, or abolish such appointments and to fill
vacancies,therefore, as it sees fit.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE,STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, due to Christopher Montera stepping down and creating the need for another
representative from the emergency medical services sector as established in Resolution 2019-062
amending Section 2,Paragraph A.1 of Resolution 2018-007 concerning the Mental Health
Advisory Committee;
THAT, Jim Bradford, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle County
Paramedics be and is hereby appointed to Eagle County's Mental Health Advisory Committee to
fulfill a term of three years commencing on June 1, 2018 and ending on June 1, 2021.
MOVED,READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado at its regular meeting held the 29th day of December, 2020.
